Chip Iuliano and Mark Wade are the best. Chip is a true professional. Whenever Chip needed to be involved he made the time and effort to resolve each and every issue, and made every possible accommodation to our requests for changes. His pride in his workmanship was obvious and is the reason for the beautiful home we have. None of this could have happened if it wasn't for the star performer in our eyes, and that is Mark Wade. He quickly eamed our respect and confidence. He guided us through the myriad of decisions, while ever mindful of the standards of both East Beach and the builder. We cannot praise or say enough about Mark who kept us informed and worked calmly and diligently to produce a home we love. Nothing was pushed aside or overlooked. You should be proud to have such a strong team of professionals building homes at East Beach. We unequivocally recommend Chip and his team to anyone building a home.

Finally, we were not "left hanging" after we moved in. ABT continues to work with us to complete our "punch list."
